INCLEMENT
WEATHER POLICY:
When inclement weather is imminent, the
Box Office Staff makes every effort to contact scheduled patrons using the
information provided on the reservation account. However, some information is
not as good as others, due to changes of address and phone numbers that we are not
aware of. For that reason, if you are scheduled for a show and are in question
to whether or not the show will “go on” please feel free to contact the Box
Office. Please contact the Box Office for timely information.
If The Crystal Coast Jamboree does not
cancel a performance, but road conditions prevent your attendance, we will
reschedule you for another performance, as long as you notify us before 3:00pm
on the day of the performance for which you have reservations.
If you do not call and let us know your
plans in the event of bad weather, your reservation will be treated as a
no-show and NO exchange or transfer will be issued.
Should a show have to be canceled for any
reason, ticket holders will be notified about their options.
SICKNESS,
ILLNESS AND OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES:
We regret that due to such matters, we
can not refund or exchange tickets to any other show date. We suggest that you
either give your tickets to someone who would like to come or sell them to
someone. If your tickets are in the Will Call, you will need to let the Box
Office know who will be calling for those tickets.
TICKET
HOLDERS SHALL AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING POLICY:
DUE TO COPY RIGHT LAWS, AUDIO AND VIDEO
RECORDINGS OF ANY PERFORMANCE ARE NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT WRITTEN CONSENT OF
JAMBOREE PRODUCTIONS. STILL PHOTOGRAPHY IS ALLOWED AND WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO TAKE
AS MANY PICTURES AS POSSIBLE TO MAKE YOUR VISIT MEMORABLE.
UPON ENTERING THE THEATER, YOU WILL NEED
TO TURN YOUR CELL PHONES AND / OR BEEPERS OFF OR TO THE VIBRATE POSITION.
LATE ARRIVALS: EVERY EFFORT IS MADE FOR
THE SHOW TO START ON TIME AND THE DOORS FOR SEATING OPEN 45 MINUTES PRIOR TO
SHOW TIME. IF FOR SOME REASON YOU ARRIVE LATE AND THE SHOW HAS STARTED, YOU
WILL NEED TO FIND AN USHER TO ASSIST YOU TO YOUR SEATS. THEY WILL FIND AN
APPROPRIATE TIME TO QUICKLY ESCORT YOU TO YOUR SEATS DURING A SONG OR SET
CHANGE.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE
BUILDING OR IN AREAS THEREOF. SMOKING IS ONLY ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT THE DESIGNATED
AREAS AND ALL CIGARETTE BUTTS SHOULD BE PLACED IN THE PROVIDED CONTAINERS AND
NOT ON THE GROUNDS.
BECAUSE THIS IS A VENUE OF FAMILY
ENTERTAINMENT, ALCOHOL AND INTOXICATION OF ALCOHOL OR OF ANY SUBSTANCE IS NOT
PERMITTED ON OR IN THE PROPERTY. THE JAMBOREE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE
ADMITTANCE OF ANY INTOXICATED PERSON AND NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE OF TICKET SHALL
BE GIVEN.
THE JAMBOREE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EJECT
OR CAUSE TO BE EJECTED ANY DISORDERLY PERSON OR PERSONS WITHOUT ANY TYPE OF
REFUND OR EXCHANGE AND NEITHER THE JAMBOREE THEATER NOR ANY OF ITS OFFICERS,
AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES SHALL BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY BY THE EXERCISE OF SUCH RIGHT.
EMERGENCIES: IT IS ALWAYS A GOOD IDEA TO
LET FAMILY MEMBERS KNOW THE THEATER’S PHONE NUMBER AND THE SECTION, ROW AND
SEAT NUMBER IN WHICH YOU ARE SITTING. IF AN EMERGENCY SHOULD ARISE AND YOU ARE
NEEDED, AN USHER WILL LOCATE YOU AND ESCORT YOU TO A PHONE. THE SHOW WILL NOT
STOP FOR ANY EMERGENCY PHONE CALLS; ONLY IN THE CASE OF AN EVACUATION.
UPON YOUR DEPARTURE FROM THE SEATING AREA, WE APPRECIATE
YOU COLLECTING YOUR TRASH (CUPS, POPCORN TUBS, CANDY WRAPERS ECT…) AND PLACING
THEM IN THE TRASH CANS PROVIDED IN THE FOYER AND LOBBY. THIS HELPS US IN OUR
PREPARATIONS FOR THE NEXT SEATING, WHICH SOMETIMES HAPPENS RIGHT AFTER YOU
LEAVE. THANK YOU FOR THIS COURTESY.
